Hi! I'm Irma, a family nurse practitioner. I'm excited to have served the NWA community for the past 20 years.
I am a local NTI and NWACC graduate. I obtained my bachelor's degree through UAMS and master's degree through UMKC. I am a mother of 3 sons and grandmother to three amazing grandchildren. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my loved ones.

Charity Wimbley is a licensed esthetician and skincare specialist dedicated to helping each client achieve healthy, radiant skin they can feel confident in.
She's known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and ability to create relaxing yet results-driven skincare experiences. With advanced training in corrective skincare, chemical peels, and microneedling, Charity customizes each treatment to meet her clients' unique needs and goals.
A Northwest Arkansas native, Charity brings warmth and sincerity to every appointment, taking time to educate clients and make them feel cared for. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys developing new skincare formulations, exploring nutrition and wellness, and spending time with her family. She loves spending time outdoors and making memories with her husband and loved ones. At Inspire Wellness, Charity combines her love for skin health and holistic care to help others look and feel their absolute best—inside and out.
